Mechanical medicator Mixtron
The new Mixtron medicators from Big Dutchman are the perfect tool for precise dispensing of medication. The medicators consist of very few of parts, which drastically reduces the risk of tears. This means that the dosing pump is less susceptible to wear, deposits and dirt, consistently guaranteeing a high metering precision.
The springs are made of AISI duplex stainless steel, which ensures an accurate and long-term stable load and thus reduced wear and tear. The Mixtron medicator can be operated at a pressure of 0.3 bar to 6 bar and has been designed for operating temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.
Another important feature is the integrated safety button. It prevents accidental changes to the set dosing percentage and guarantees the correct dosage.
The Mixtron medicator is an investment into the future of healthcare, ensuring the highest quality when medication is dispensed in livestock houses. The medicator is available with dosing ratios of 0.2 % to 2 % (30-61-4150) and of 1 % to 5 % (30-61-4151) as necessary.
