Declaration of shipping and delivery conditions:

Standard shipping

Small orders received by 12 noon (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day.* The delivery usually takes 2 - 5 working days, exclude public holiday. 

Self Pickup

Orders can be picked up from 09:00 till 17:00 (Mon-Fri) from BD Warehouse/Office. 

Shipping costs

Depending on the desired shipping option, delivery address and the number or type of items in the shopping cart, the amount of shipping costs will be calculated and displayed individually for you in the checkout. 

Heavy and bulky goods

Due to their complexity in delivery (e.g. overlength) we cannot automatically calculate some articles in advance. We reserve the right to charge for any bulky goods fees that may be incurred subsequently. 

Explanation traffic light color/availability

In stock: Item is in stock.
Orderable: Item is not in stock.
On request: Item is available on request.
